Rick S. Vasquez

In addition to his education, and more than 20 years experience, he is also a former State of Missouri Disability Administrative Law Judge, an Administrative Law Judge for the Missouri Department of Secondary Education and the Commission on Human Rights.Rick Vasquez earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School in St. Louis in 1991.  He developed a practice in order to serve and assist the community, especially those with social security claims and/or worker’s compensation claims.  His goal was and continues to be to enrich the lives of his clients.

Rick personally manages the cases of all his social security disability clients, and ensures that all corroborating documents are thoroughly reviewed and incorporated into the client’s file, thus enhancing success of the outcome.  Clients can rest assured that Rick will give their cases his complete attention.   He meets with these clients personally.

The Vasquez Law practice is diverse and includes such areas as Social Security Disability, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and general civil matters.

Rick is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

 

Vicky H.

Vicky was born and raised in St. Louis, MO.  She relocated to Springfield in 1991. Vicky has a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Missouri State University, with an emphasis on fashion marketing and design.  Previous to working with Rick Vasquez Law Office she worked as a case manager for the Division of Family Services, State of Missouri.  She has been a paralegal for Rick

Vasquez since 1996.

Vicky enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, training her dogs, and yoga.

 

Fredrick (Fritz) Vasquez

 

Fritz was born in Saint Louis, Missouri and raised in Springfield, Fritz graduated from Glendale High School and went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University.  Fritz worked for the Law Offices of Rick Vasquez and other legal firms in the area while attending school which sparked his passion for the law.  He began at the University of Missouri School of Law in the Fall of 2011.  While at the University of Missouri Fritz worked as a teaching assistant in the law schools Legal Research and Writing Department aiding and reviewing legal documents.  Upon graduating from law school in May of 2015, Fritz returned to Springfield to practice with the Law Offices of Rick Vasquez.

Outside of practicing law, Fritz enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs.  He and his wife are active Bigs with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Ozarks and enjoy spending their time exploring the community with their little brother.

Linda E.

Linda was born and raised in Osage, Iowa.  She received a Certificate in the Medical Secretarial Field from Spencer School of Business.  Before joining Rick Vasquez Law Office May 2010, Linda previously worked as a paralegal for the Family Support Division, Child Support Enforcement (9 years) and for the Attorney General’s Office, Springfield, MO (7 years).

Linda’s hobbies include spending time with her family, gardening, and working around her home.  When she is not involved there you may find her at any of her favorite stores, JC Penney’s, Macys or Lowes.

 

 

 Catrina H.

Catrina was born in Greenville Mississippi raised in Fairfield California. After Graduating from Armijo high school, she attended sunset school of Preaching in Lubbock Texas, joining the Adventures in Missions program earning a certificate in mission studies. After Completion of the program she moved to Puna India for a year, teaching Bible to Kindergarten and 1st grade students in many of the village schools.

Upon her return to the states she attended Cascade College in Portland OR. She met her husband and relocated to Missouri finding healthcare as the right fit for her.  She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years including as an eligibility specialist before joining the Law Office of Rick Vasquez.

In her free time she enjoys watching her children play soccer, basketball, cheerleading, and baseball.  She is also very involved in her church with many activities and missionaries.
